All appointments must be booked through our website. We do not schedule appointments by phone,
text, WhatsApp, or social media. The system must collect essential information, including personal
data, medical orders, kit instructions, service address, and payment.

1.2 Why can’t I book by phone or message?

For privacy, accuracy, and laboratory compliance, only the digital form ensures we receive all required documentation.

1.4 When is my appointment confirmed?

Only after payment is completed online.

Yes. Payment reserves your time slot, prepares materials, and schedules travel.

3.1 Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, with 24+ hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

3.2 Can I reschedule?

Yes. More than 24 hours in advance: free. Within 24 hours: you may reschedule, but if you cancel afterward, no refund applies.

3.3 What if I’m not home when the technician arrives?

It is considered a no-show and non-refundable.

3.4 How do I request a refund?

By message or email, following policy guidelines.

4.2 How should I prepare?

Be present, have a clean space, ID, documents, and follow fasting instructions if applicable.

4.3 Can I change the service address?

Yes if within service area, notified in advance, and logistically possible.

5.1 What tests do you offer?

Blood draws, routine labs, specialized panels, third party kits, and external lab samples.

5.2 Which lab processes my sample?

Medical orders go to your preferred lab. Kits go to the manufacturer’s lab.

5.3 When will I get results?

Usually within 24–72 hours, depending on the test.

5.4 How will I receive results?

Your primary care provider will receive them securely.

5.5 Can you explain my results?

Only your doctor can interpret them.

6.1 Trouble uploading documents?

You may send them by message; we will add them. Appointment still must be completed online.

6.2 Trouble booking online?

We can send the link, but booking must be completed on the website.

6.3 Is my information protected?

Yes. All data is securely stored.
