If you have a blood draw kit, upload your appointment in PDF or image format and select the date for your blood draw. Our phlebotomists will come to your home to perform the blood draw following the instructions in the Specialized Kit and will deliver it to the nearest courier service (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).
